Delivery

Address
You can choose to have your order delivered to an address of your choice so that there is someone there to accept the parcel and sign for it if needed.

Despatch
It is our aim to despatch goods from our warehouse within 48 hours meaning that delivery should take 3 to 7 days. Occasionally during busy periods this may take a little longer. You will be notified by email if it is anticipated delivery will take longer than our stated time. In exceptional circumstances, please allow 28 days for delivery. We can advise on your delivery if you email us for details.

Method
We are pleased to work in partnership with Royal Mail, Parcel Force and DHL so where ever possible your goods will be sent this way. If an item is particularly heavy or irregular in shape we will use contracted carriers who will require a signature upon delivery. If you are out at the time of delivery a card should be left to advise that an attempted delivery was made, and for you to contact the appropriate depot to rearrange a suitable date.

Charges
Our charges are calculated using the weight of the parcel. Small items will be sent via Royal Mail 2nd class, accordingly larger orders will be sent via DHL within the UK. Our standard DHL charge for items up to 10kg despatched to addresses within mainland UK is £10, anything over this is worked out per kilo. Additional charges may occur for orders to Ireland and UK offshore islands.

Quoted Delivery
When you see “Please call for delivery price” the item is either heavy or an irregular shape and may incur additional delivery charges; please contact us for a delivery quote. Our carriers normally require a signature on delivery and do not make timed deliveries.
